The voice bot we have developed leverages artificial intelligence to respond to questions quickly and naturally using the provided background information. The bot can seamlessly combine material from various sources to deliver an appropriate answer to the customer's query.

Kailos recognizes natural speech and can serve in multiple languages. The bot uses industry-leading technologies in speech recognition and generation, ensuring a natural conversational experience. Besides using provided material, the voice bot can adapt to company preferences, such as conversation structure, goals, terminology, and style.

Effortless and Quick Onboarding

The onboarding process for the voice bot is simple and quick. We take care of all the technical details and ensure that your bot is ready for use within three business days from the delivery of materials. We offer a 14-day free trial, so you can test how the voice bot improves the quality of your customer service.

You will receive a dedicated phone number linked to Kailos' voice bot, which you can call to test how the bot works. Additionally, you will get a user account for the portal, where you can monitor all calls and contact requests in real time. Once you are confident in Kailos' performance, you can route your customer service calls to the voice bot. You can choose to direct all calls or only, for instance, those made outside of office hours.

Pricing

The cost of the Kailos service consists of a fixed monthly fee and call charges. There is no termination period, so you can easily discontinue the service if it does not meet your needs.
